Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the US. She is most famous for her role as Skyler White on The AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Her other appearances comprise Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and was awed by acting during her time at the Preparatory School. The late 70's, she and her family moved to Ohio. She studied theatre at Northwestern University, and spent an entire semester at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career working in the Chicago area theatres for a few years.
