Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor from America. Her most well-known character is Skyler White on her role on the AMC show Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Drama Series. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and was awed by acting during her time at Preparatory School. In the late 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre at Northwestern University. Anna started out in Chicago and worked in theater role for several years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in films and TV shows. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. The early 90s were when she was a frequent actor in both film and TV including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. In 2008, she was picked in the role of Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Also, she starred in the Deadwood film as well as Sully. Gunn played in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production directed by David Schwimmer. The actress starred as Numbered Days, which is a four part audio podcast set in 2022. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's wedding to Skyler. Walter White's life tale and the tension in the marriage he shares with Skyler is mirrored in the television show.
