Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known role is her part as Skyler White on The AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actress in an Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward, she has appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as an elementary school student in Sante Fe New Mexico. Her family then moved to Ohio and she continued her love of the stage. She spent a year at the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre through Northwestern University. Anna had a brief stint working in Chicago theatre before moving on to film and TV roles. Anna got her first major role as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes from 1992. She also guest-starred on the show. played in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. In fact, it wasn't until the late 1990s when she landed a role in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler was her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully is the Deadwood film and a few other films included her. Gunn is also a part of the the stage for David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. The actress, in 2022, also starred in a four-part audio play podcast called Numbered Days. Breaking Bad is often centered on the relationships that Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their strained bond and their eventual break up echoes last years of Walter White's personal life.
